Summary: The room was not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom was dirty. The handrail on the balcony was broken. The AC was too weak. The breakfast options were too limited and of low quality. The dinner buffet was awful. The pool is very small and water is cold as it is in the shadow all day. Price is high compared to the quality.
