Positive: The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Sato was our assigned staff member and he made sure stay was smooth. The bartenders were friendly and accommodating. Beaches were beautiful except for the dead corals hurting our feet. I recommend wearing shoes. They have free kayaking which I did not do and looking forward to it next time. Nevertheless my family and I had a lot of fun in the pool and beaches.

Negative: - The pool bar needs renovation. - The water activities such as Dolphin Cruise (didn't see any but still paid full price - I would not have booked it if they had mentioned to me beforehand that January is low season of the 12 months) - Snorkeling: took my 4 year old for the first time, but the guide was not equipped to train kids. He did however, take some great shots with the Go-Pro. - Fishing: the whole boat of of 12 people ended up catching only 2 fishes in total. in summary, the water activities and SPA were expensive and not worth it. I wish I spend that money elsewhere.
