Positive: The property itself was one of the highlights of our stay. Since it is a relatively new property, the entire villa felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. We were especially impressed with the modern interior design and the way the house was designed. The layout felt spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing and suitable for a family or a large group. We were a group of around 15 people from our family, and surprisingly, the number of guests did not feel like a problem at all. There was enough space for everyone to move around comfortably, and the villa had enough rooms and sleeping areas to accommodate more than 15 people. We also appreciated that we did not feel crowded despite having a large group. Another thing we really liked was the privacy and peaceful atmosphere of the property. Even with several villas nearby, we did not hear much loud noise from outside, which made the stay feel much more private and relaxing. This was especially nice for our family because we could enjoy our time together without feeling disturbed by other guests or neighboring properties. We also enjoyed making use of the different facilities available in the villa. Having everything in one place made it easy for our family to spend most of our time at the property instead of having to go somewhere else for entertainment. The facilities were enjoyable for both the adults and the children in our group. The pool was also a great feature. We particularly liked that part of the pool was covered by the villa, which was very helpful during bad weather and heavy rain. Even when the weather was not ideal, we were still able to enjoy swimming without having to completely cancel our plans. This was a big plus for us, especially because we were traveling as a large family and wanted everyone to be able to enjoy the facilities regardless of the weather. Overall, we were very impressed with the property itself.
Negative: I feel that the pre-check-in process could be improved. We are used to staying at accommodations with a personless or self-check-in process, so this was our first time experiencing this type of check-in. We had to go to the office and spend around 10–15 minutes there listening to the villa’s dos and don’ts, while my family was waiting inside the car during a typhoon. The online pre-check-in was also not working, which made the process a little confusing and, overall, not very time-efficient. The location on Google Maps was also somewhat confusing. Our car’s navigation system directed us to two different locations. I think it would be much better if the villa’s exact location were properly established and updated on online maps to make it easier for guests to find the property, especially when arriving for the first time. Another issue for us was the BBQ setup. Although we appreciated having the option to BBQ outside, it took quite a long time to grill and cook our food. This made the cooking process less convenient and took up a significant amount of our time. It would be helpful if there were a more efficient BBQ setup or equipment that could help guests cook the food more quickly. Overall, I think improving the pre-check-in process, online location information, and BBQ setup would make the overall experience much smoother and more convenient for guests.
Summary: Overall, we had a wonderful stay with our family of around 15 people. The villa was new, modern, spacious, and beautiful
